The college offers Hostel Facilities on merit to the students coming from the other cities and countries. Students seeking admission in the Hostel should come along with parents for interview on notified dates.

Rules and Regulations

Hostelites are not allowed to hold such political or religious meetings which are likely to hurt the feelings of any resident

Every hostellite is expected to observe peace, tranquility and calm atmosphere in the hostel and to respect the rights of others

Hostelites are not allowed to willfully damage the hostel property

Hostelites are expected to stay inside the Hostel premises and not to leave the Hostel/College without valid gate pass issued by the warden, if they do so, strict disciplinary action will be taken and their names will be struck off /rusticated from the hostel

A serious violation of these rules will render her liable to be even expelled from the College

The hostel provides accommodation for all unmarried students subject to the availability of accommodation

Parents/guardian of every student who is willing to avail this facility must supply a list of visitors before admission to the hostel which must include details with regard to name and relationship to the student concerned. A distinction should be clearly made between those permitted to visit the boarder during the visiting days and those allowed to take her home for weekends and other holidays. This list must be signed by the father/guardian and accompanied by photographs and specimen signatures of the visitors which should not exceed five

Appointment of a local guardian by the father/guardian is compulsory, otherwise hostel seat will not be granted

Hostelites are allowed to go homes for the weekend by the permission of the warden, Gate Passes for this purpose are issued only by the Warden on the request of their parents/guardians.

On Saturday and Sunday, the Warden permits the hostel girls to go homes with their parents/guardian but they are required to come back by 6.00 P.M. in summer and by 05.00 P.M. in winter.

If a hostelite wishes to take leave, the application must be submitted to the Warden three days in advance

They must sign in the departure register before going home

They must sign in the arrival register on their return to the hostel

If a hostelite does not observe punctuality while availing the facility of going on weekends she will not be allowed to go home next time

If a hostelite remains absent from hostel without any information to Warden for three days, her name will be struck off from hostel rolls and she can get re-admission in the hostel after the payment of Hostel Re-admission fee Rs. 500 only once during an academic session

Hostelites are required to have their breakfast, lunch, and dinner only in the dining room to keep the atmosphere hygienically neat and clean

Visitors of the hostelites are not allowed to stay with them

Any student who violates the hostel rules, leaves the hostel without permission, involves herself in negative activities will render herself liable to disciplinary action.

Students are advised to keep the college campus and hostel neat and clean, the observance of the cleanliness is the only way to protect themselves against Dengue virus or any other epidemic disease
