Begam Fatima Sughra:

Fatima Sugra, also known as Sugra Begum, is a Pakistani activist. She was a student at Govt. Islamia Graduate College for Women, Cooper Road, Lahore. In February 1947, Fatima Sugra pulled down the British Union Jack from the Civil Secretariat Lahore and hoisted the Muslim League flag. This act became a big symbol of independence, for which she was rewarded a gold medal in 1987.

Ms. Shaista Anjum completed her BS English & Literature from Govt. Islamia Graduate College for Women, Cooper Road, Lahore and is serving in Postal Services after Passing CSS.

Dr.Aisha Aqeel is the Chairperson of the experimental Physics of Functional Spin Systems at Technical University of Munich, Germany.

Hafiza Qaria Rubina

Hafiza Qaria Rubina,a globally renowned Qaria,was a Professor of Arabic in Govt. Islamia Graduate College for Women, Cooper Road Lahore from September 2010 till her death in 2016.She received more than 400 national and international awards.She was the only women Qaria to have received Pride of Performance from the Government of Pakistan and the title “Chota Basit” from Qari Abdul Basit himself.
